Front Office Assistant

Gifft Hill School is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and friendly Upper Campus Office Assistant to support daily operations for the 2025-2026 school year and beyond. This key role includes answering phones, tracking student attendance, maintaining accurate records in the student information system, giving tours, responding to admissions inquiries, and a variety of other tasks that support student and teacher success. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in Google Suite, comfortable with office technology, and an excellent communicator with strong people skills. A positive, adaptable attitude with a high degree of initiative and a heart for supporting students, staff, and families are essential.
