Secondary English Teacher

Gifft Hill School in beautiful St. John, USVI is looking for an outstanding Secondary English Language Arts Teacher to teach a combination of English and elective classes for students in grades 6-12.

Candidates should demonstrate experience with differentiated instruction and proactive classroom management; teach in an interdisciplinary manner; collaborate with specialists; and maintain a high standard of record-keeping and personalized communication with parents. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with experiential and problem-based learning methods and/or who claim Caribbean heritage.
